A transaction is accepted only when the applicable written quote or agreement is accepted and any required payment is received. Customers are responsible for providing accurate site, access, electrical, and operational information. Equipment must be used only by appropriately qualified persons and in accordance with applicable instructions, professional standards, and law.
Accepted purchases, rentals, service orders, training bookings, and consumables orders cannot be cancelled and are not refundable, except where required by applicable law. See the Shipping, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
MedRent website text, branding, layout, and original media may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Manufacturer names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify compatible or listed equipment.
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, submit unlawful material, or send patient information through a public form.
These website terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not excluded.
