Estimated delivery is 1–3 days after the contract is signed. The destination, delivery method, site access, installation, setup, and training are confirmed in the written quote. Customers must provide accurate address and access information and must not schedule patients until the delivery and setup timing is confirmed.
Once a purchase, rental, service order, training booking, or consumables order has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled except where required by applicable law.
Payments are non-refundable and items are not returnable except where required by applicable law. Contact MedRent promptly if the delivered item does not match the accepted written order so the issue can be reviewed.
