What to include in a service request

Tell us the manufacturer, model, serial number, current symptoms, error messages, recent service history, and where the device is located. Photos or a short video can help the team understand the issue before scheduling the next step.

How the process works

  1. Initial review: We confirm the device details and reported issue.
  2. Scope and quote: Available diagnostic, remote, or on-site options are confirmed in writing.
  3. Service: Approved work is completed according to the agreed scope.
  4. Closeout: We explain completed work and any recommended follow-up.

Availability, turnaround, software access, parts, and serviceability vary by model. Contact MedRent before shipping or moving a device.

Preventive service planning

Keep an equipment record with the model, serial number, installation date, software version, error history, completed maintenance, replaced parts, and the next recommended review. Follow the manufacturer's current instructions for routine care and stop using equipment when qualified personnel determine that continued operation may be inappropriate.

MedRent service availability depends on the device, location, access to parts and software, and the work required. A request is not a confirmed appointment until the scope and timing are accepted in writing.
