Sell Your Medical Aesthetic Equipment

MedRent reviews used lasers, IPL systems, radiofrequency, ultrasound, body-contouring, and other clinic equipment for potential purchase or trade-in.

Information to send

  • Manufacturer, model, year, and serial number
  • Current operating condition and any error messages
  • Handpieces, accessories, software, and consumables included
  • Service history and available documents
  • Clear photos of the device, labels, screen, and accessories
  • Clinic location and preferred timing

How the review works

After receiving the information, MedRent may request more details or arrange an inspection. Any proposed price, trade-in amount, pickup, payment, and transfer terms are confirmed in writing. Submitting a device does not guarantee an offer.

Do not send patient information or account passwords. Remove clinic data from the device where appropriate before transfer.

Request an Equipment Review

Prepare a device for review

Gather the original invoice or ownership record if available, recent service information, manuals, keys, passwords that can be transferred lawfully, and a complete accessory list. Identify any known faults, missing items, cosmetic damage, software restrictions, liens, or third-party interests. Accurate disclosure helps MedRent determine whether a further review is practical.

Before a transfer

A device should not be moved, advertised as sold, or removed from clinical service until written terms are accepted. The owner remains responsible for securely removing patient and clinic information and for confirming that it has authority to sell or trade the equipment.
